Upon making the payment, a clear picture or scanned copy of the receipt should be uploaded to the payment form linked above. Your allocations will only be given if the payment has been made.


Note


  • 1. A single institution is allowed a maximum of 30 Delegate Allotments.
  • 2. Each private candidate must submit a scanned copy of the payment document, a copy of your Passport or NIC.
  • 3. Private delegate applications from candidates from schools that are already sending delegates will not be considered.
  • 4. Priority Registrations are more likely to get preferred Committee allocations and will receive allocations sooner.
  • 5. The Age Range for Delegates is 13 – 23 Years Old.
  • 6. Institutions are encouraged to pay All Delegate Fees at once in bulk to avoid confusion. For any concerns, please reach out to info@sscmun.org.


Refund Policy


  • 1. Up until the 16th of July – 100 % refund.
  • 2. From the 17th of July to the 31st of July – only a 50% refund.
  • 3. From the 1st of August onwards, refunds will not be given.



Institutions that reduce their registration numbers by 5 will pay a fine of Rs. 1000 per delegate that pulls out. For example: if the delegation is reduced by 5, a fine of Rs. 5000 should be paid. If it is reduced by 6, the fine will be Rs. 6000, etc...
