The Model United Nations Club of St. Sebastian’s College, Moratuwa goes back to 2016 when a group of students attended the 9th session of Sri Lanka Model United Nations Conference 2016 held at BMICH. The club officially began in 2017 and throughout the years SSCMUN has produced multiple award winners, and it has gained a reputation in the MUN arena in Sri Lanka. To commemorate the beginning of a new era for the Model United Nations Club of St. Sebastian’s College, by holding a long-anticipated conference that brings delegates from all around the island together to represent their schools in a conflict that belonged in the pages of MUN history: The first ever, official St. Sebastian’s College Model United Nations Conference.
